• Contact details: email address, phone number (WhatsApp), country, city
• Browsing and technical data (logs, device) if analytics tools are enabled
• Course registration data (programme of interest, progress)

• Responding to contact and call requests
• Sending the e-book and course-related communications (with your consent)
• Managing registrations, platform access and support
• Improving the website and measuring traffic
• Complying with legal and accounting obligations

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract (course registration), your consent (newsletter / e-book), our legitimate interests (improving our service) or a legal obligation.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is archived or deleted in line with legal time limits (for example, commercial and accounting retention requirements).

6. Recipients

Your data is intended for the Forméa teams and, where applicable, for technical service providers (hosting, email, payments) who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, emailcontact@formeaonline.com.
