1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the conditions that apply to sales of online courses concluded between FORMEA (operated by Conso-lution) and the Customer.
2. Services
FORMEA offers online courses in the form of videos, written lessons, quizzes and exercises. Courses are accessed through a personal account created by the Customer on the Forméa platform.
- Pig and/or poultry farming courses
- Personal development modules (depending on the offer)
- Business plan, masterclasses and community access (depending on the offer)
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euros or the equivalent in CFA francs (FCFA), depending on the sales page. An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email summarises your access and the terms that apply.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance contracts, the Customer has7 days from the date of the order to withdraw, by sending an email tocontact@formeaonline.com.
If the Customer expressly requested immediate access to the digital content and waived their right of withdrawal, the specific terms of the offer apply.
5. Refunds
A refund request may be sent to contact@formeaonline.com within365 days of signing up, subject to the terms of the commercial offer in force (commitment to follow the course, use of the platform, etc.).
6. Course access
Unless stated otherwise, access to the courses is unlimited in time (lifetime access) and includes future updates to the programme concerned. FORMEA may suspend access in the event of fraudulent use or non-payment.
7. Content ownership
All course content remains the exclusive property of FORMEA. Any transfer, resale, public copying or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
